On Saturday, May 20, 2017, Dr. Dominic Carreira chaired the Hip Arthroscopy section of the annual meeting of the Florida Orthopaedic Society. During this four-day conference, Dr. Carreira moderated a section which included detailed discussions on various methods and approaches to labrum treatment, an update on femoroacetabular impingement (FAI), and management of the hip capsule.
About the Florida Orthopaedic Society
The Florida Orthopaedic Society was founded in an effort to raise the standards of orthopaedic practices by providing ongoing education, networking, recognition and certification. Since 1947 the Florida Orthopaedic Society has represented the interests of the orthopaedic profession in Florida.
