Dr. Carreira was recently named President of MASH (Multicenter Arthroscopy Study of the Hip). He is grateful for the opportunity to lead the group in furthering the understanding of treatments of the adolescent and young adult hip.

The coordination of multiple centers in collecting data for research purposes will serve to answer a number of questions related to hip arthroscopy which no single surgeon experience can address.
