I am most pleased with the outcome of my hip surgery. Dr. Carreira did a great job and the worst part was the time it took from surgery to being able to go 100% on it. Never pain or any discomfort from the day of surgery to today. I never had to take any pain medication at all. While I hope I never have to have another hip surgery, I would certainly recommend Dr. Carreira to anyone. We are now living in Arizona and I am playing tennis 4 - 5 times a week (about 2 - 2 1/2 hours each time) and have no issues with the hip. I never think about or worry about twisting, stopping, running, etc.!
