I cannot thank Dr. Carreira enough for all he and his team have done for me. I’m so glad he insisted and I get to the hospital, and they were able to resolve the clotting issues from the injury. I hate to imagine where I would be now if Dr. Carreira hadn’t decided just that. I’m doing well these days and so happy to be back doing what I enjoy: my research in neuroscience lab and spending time with family over holidays.
